![]() I shouldn't have lost my account and should've been given a second chance because i could've easily paid the creator back his l's I would've if I could, I'm declining this response because second life and linden labs gave me lack responses from the tickets i created saying the same thing over and over saying I'm violating their terms of service and not telling me which one now that i actually know, they are not taking their time wisely responding to my tickets and quickly is just brushing them off with the same exact response. My account was randomly reported and on hold due to him reporting me out of nowhere instead of talking to me about it, even though I'm taking responsibility for my actions as i lost my account over something that could've been fixed instead of waiting to the last minute of fix something because one of his items was misleading as well. I am rejecting this response because on my end i feel like this is the creator's responsibility for making the error on of his items, even if i violated the terms of service I feel like counting it as fraud is way too far because the creator didn't take his time trying to resolve the situation or try at least to contact anybody or at least give anyone a warning to the error that had occurred the entire time. I would like for my accounts and all associated forum posts and information to be deleted from their platform because I want to ensure my privacy is maintained and I can no longer be harassed by this other user. ![]() Linden Labs refuses to permanently delete my main account **************** as well as my two alternate accounts (Dragonessa007 and FaeDragon007) as I no longer wish to use the Second Life gaming platform due to repeated harassment and privacy violations including exposure of my personal information as well as posts about me made by other users on websites such as ******* and a slander blog known as. ![]() Id either like to have my account back or refunded all the money Ive put into that account. My account and my friends account was taken for it aswell. Id like my account back considering it was not my fault and there was a glitch in the game. their customer service is horrible, i shouldnt have had to send in 4-5 different tickets just for them to finally tell me I was banned due to fraud. *** tried to explain the situation to them on multiple occasions whether that was me calling or sending in support tickets. Ive never violated any of their rules, nor did I know what was happening or why all these ls were showing ** in my account. Ive put my time and money into this account just for it to be taken. I feel this is unfair because Ive been on the game for 5 years almost 6. There was a glitch in the game, they decided they were going to banned my account and any existing account I own. But she did admit that her vendor was broken and that multiple people had brought it to her attention how it was sending back the lindens and doubling it. ![]() I never used the lindens they were still sitting on my account, I reached out to the other thinking it was coming out of her account. But I also noticed the amount of money on my secondlife account had gone up. ![]() But I also wasnt receiving the lipgloss so I attempted to purchase a few times, once I left the store I noticed I was lagging and all the lipglosses started to show ** in my inventory. The vendor was sending back my lindens, but also doubling the amount they were giving me. Now July 27th I was in a store, the vendor was broken I was trying to buy a lip gloss. Linden labs has taken my account from me July *********, I reached out to them on multiple occasions trying to get an answer as to why my account was taken.
